Bondholders invested in our 2016 and 2017 community bonds. Our Solar Bond Offer document describes the bond terms and conditions.

We have now repaid these bonds in full from the proceeds of our latest share offer and a new bank loan. The first repayment was made on 17 December 2021 and the second and final repayment was made on 19 April 2022. All interest due was also repaid on these dates.

Key Dates for Former Bondholders

31 October 2021: Bonds redeemed where requested by 31 July 2021, including to invest proceeds in our new share offer.

16 November 2021: Annual interest paid for year ending 31 October 2021.

17 December 2021: First partial repayment (17%), with interest, of outstanding bonds.

19 April 2022: Full repayment, with interest, of remaining portion of outstanding bonds.
